Mainstreet provides flexible options that ensure minimal equipment downtime while keeping costs consistent with equipment criticality to store operations. Our depot service solutions can range from Advanced Exchange to depot repair with turnaround times ranging from 5 to 15 days, as required by our clients.

Investment Protection & Extend Equipment Life

Mainstreet supports equipment for years beyond OEM withdrawal from service -- a key benefit for many retailers who do not need or want to keep pace with OEM’s new product introductions. We provide retailers with the flexibility to migrate to new technologies at their own pace. With a core focus on service, we assure our clients of our commitment to extend the service life of their in-store systems and the protection of their existing investments.

Mainstreet Information Management System (MIMS)

Provides visibility to the entire service history of a device by serial number, from the time it’s introduced to Mainstreet to when it's retired from service. Helps manage IT assets and detects individual device failures or pervasive ones across the entire install base. Pro-active development and implementation of corrective action plans ensure issues are quickly and effectively resolved.
