Performance Visibility

Our Systems track the repair history of each component by serial number from the time it was first logged into our service management system throughout its useful working life.

Visibility and accountability of this magnitude enables Mainstreet to trend performance on an ongoing basis, identify when repeat problems occur on an individual component or potential pervasive problems on the device throughout the install base. Root cause analysis and developing corrective action plans, where required, further help Mainstreet clients to enjoy superior self-checkout support.


Investment Protection
